Upon arrival Chiang Mai, you will meet our guide for transfer to the hotel and after checking into hotel we drive west towards the famous Doi Suthep Mountain and embark on a walk leading us to Wat Prathat Temple near the summit. At an elevation of over 1,000 m , the temple grounds affords a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside. We follow this with a visit to the old and new parts of the town featuring the great diversity. The “Rose of the North”, Chiang Mai has been always noted for exquisite handicrafts whose the combination with the traditional wares of the hill tribe people offers fantastic shopping opportunities. We drive this afternoon to the neighboring villages of Sankampaeng and Borsarng to see the various cottages industries including silk weaving, wood carving, silver ware and umbrellas making.

The exciting adventure begins as we depart the town and drive through the breathtaking mountain landscape to Mae Hong Son. Along the way we make stop over at Mae Sa Elephant training center before we head towards Pai. There is plenty to see in this beautiful area, some of which are the Lisu Hilltribe Village, the Lahu Hilltribe Village. Before arrival Pai visit hot spring at Baan Mae Yen. Arrived in Pai, and after check in to the hotel we will visit Chinese Yunan village at Santichol Village, Optional to ride the bicycle around this small town or Sunset at Baan Din Doi at Lisu Village.

After bereakfast, we will excursion to the Karen hill tribe village of Baan Nai Soi, near by is Padong hilltribe village. This ethnic group still retains their old age cultural traditions as most of women attempt to have long neck by wearing numerous brass rings around their neck from an early age. We drive to the pier for you to enjoy a long tail boat for a leisurely trip downstream along Pai River which also provides us a taste of the tranquil countryside and an interesting view of rural life close up. Return to hotel for check out and then long excursion trip return to Chiang Mai.

We drive along winding road to a sleeping town of Tha Ton passing by the breathtaking mountain scenery make for an interesting day. We arrive at Thaton on the banks of Mae Kok River. Visit to Tha ton temple, located on the hill, from here you can see the view over the town. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. We continue drive along the border line to Mae Chan, a short stop for relaxing at hot spring before we drive up to Doi Mae Salong, the Kaumintung Chinese village, formerly the Army Division 93 of Jiang Kai Cheg, located on the high mountain just some 7km (4.4mi) from the Burmese border. Architecture as well as cuisine of Southern Chinese, and in spite of the fact that the place has become a popular tourist destination, it has kept its own distinct appearance. Enjoy with beautiful mountainous scenery. Lunch at a Chinese restaurant in Mae Salong. In the afternoon, visit hill tribe villages of Akha and Yao and tea farm. Overnight in Chiang Rai.

After breakfast, visit morning local market before we continue to visit the Royal Palace and Botanic Garden at Doi Tung, Doi Tung is the site of a major environmental and socio-economic development project initiated by Her Royal Highness Srinakarindra the Princess Mother; mother of His Majesty the King of Thailand. You can spend the time at the beautiful gardens. Lunch at a restaurant at Doi tung, We drive to the Famous Golden Triangle where the border of Thai-Laos and Myanmar meet. Then continue to the northern most of Thailand at Maesai, spend the time for shopping and return to Chiang Rai for overnight.
