This has to be one of the best tours that we have ever been on. From the initial correspondence with your office for details to our goodbye Kim & Pop. Nannee was very prompt in her replies and efficient in the charges to the schedule. Kim was a pleasure to be with and certainly went beyond the duties and expectations of a guide. We are now in Lisbon working again and missing already a lot Thailand...

Thank you so much for the wonderfull cake you sended on my birthday!!!! It was beautifull and delicious! We made a "late pic-nic" and a small and quiet birtday party in the terrace of the hotel in Hanoi.

I was very mooved by your ofert. Thank you very much again!
 
Everything went ok, we loved the tryp, the boat in Halong Bay was great (although the guide was always, always trying to sell us something...).
Angkor was amazing! The guide in Angkor was very very nice! We loved him! One of the best guides I ever had: gentle, pacient, vey kind and educated... perfect!
 
As for the rest, it was very nice! Me and Thomas will certainly come back! Thailand is my favourite country!

Hope that you are fine! It was a pleasure to meet you in Bangkok. I am back and now fighting against the jet-lag. I would like to thank you for everything. All was so well organized. I didn’t have any trouble during my staying in all places visited. I have the following comments:

All transfers were very punctual, tours organized and the guides very nice. Chaya in Bangkok was the best. My regards to him. I liked him very much.

Hotels were nice as well, except Krabi Resort. The staff was very kind but the hotel was overcrowded. I think it was above its capacity. I missed the breakfast one day because there was no sits available. People didn’t leave the place!

The Bodhi Serene hotel in Chiang Mai was a very good option. The staff is perfect, I really liked the place. The hotels in Phi Phi and Phuket were fantastic. Very kind staff.

The experience in Cambodia was wonderful. Very nice guides in Phnom Pehn and Seam Reap as well. I learned a lot with them.

Singapore was Ok too.

Once again thank you for making my vacation so special and so well organized. For sure we will be talking in the next future to visit again your beautiful country and Vietnam.

I wanted to thank you for the organisation of the trip done by you. I was really happy to deal with a professional travel agent as you and comapny as Azure Travel. We thank you as well for your patience and honesty when we had to cancel twice the trip, all of this without trying to take advantage on the situation and the prices.
 
Our trip was really exceptional. Even the weather was great with rare rains.
 
I attached the feedback form that I forgot to post when we were in Bangkok.
 
I wanted as well to congratulate our guide in Cambodia Mr Prunai who was really exceptional by his kindness, his knowledge for historical site, his recommendation on changing the intinary in order to take under consideration the people (week end), the sun orientation (I'm a photographer passionate), and his punctuality. From all the trips we've done (35 countries) he was far away the best guide we met.
 
For the driver in Cambodia, we got an excellent one for the first 2 days, however he had been replaced by one that was really not passionate by his job (twice late, car never cleaned, driving dangerously, water forgotten...)
 
For sure I will recommend your name to colleagues and friend for these destinations.

Thank you so much for your kind reply! As we said, our vacation in beautiful Thailand was amazing and we already told about Azure Travel to a lot of our friends and family! Our memberclub also asked us to present them our photographs next March: this will be another very good occasion to advertise for your efficient company. Sometime in the future, we really loved to organize a roundtrip in Laos - Cambodia - Myanmar… in case, we will certainly do it through you!

Yes both Bob and I had to go back to work on Monday so we're very busy and still fighting jet lag.

We'd be happy to give you feedback on our trip. We really had a fabulous time and we were very impressed with Thailand. It really was an extraordinary visit made even better by your care! I will give my feedback in point form as it will be easier for me and possibly for you too.

Chaiya, our guide was absolutely great. Very accommodating, good English skills and very informative. We highly recommend him as a guide.

The second driver we had when we returned from Krabi was wonderful. A really really delightful man, again we'd highly recommend him as a driver.

The hotels you booked were fabulous, they were all very very nice. We loved, The Peninsula, The Sofitel in Chang Mai and The Tubkaak in Krabi ( in spite of the little glitch in booking the extra night!). The Meridians were fine, we preferred the one in Siem Reap over the one in Phuket, which was just too big. The Kirimaya was also fine but the Ananda Gallery was just OK, certainly not in the same class as the others. But I certainly can see you may not have a lot of choice in these two areas.

You were right to only book us one night at Elephant Hills ( I wanted 2 nights but 2 nights were not necessary) in Khaosok National Park, that would have been enough, that is why we wanted to leave early and spend a little more time in Krabi area. That actually worked out very well after the hotel situation worked itself out.

On the whole the trip was very well organized and we were extremely pleased with our experience.
