The extremely beautiful mountain region around Chiang Dao is home of various hill tribe groups and elephant camps. We will include these on four day trek which also provides us some opportunities to live with local people. This morning we pick you up at your hotel in Chiang Mai and drive by truck to Chiang Dao. Stop will be at the caves to observing before lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, continue drive up mountain heading to Muang kong village where we start 2 hours light walk to Lahu hilltribe village. Dinner and spend the first night at Lahu village.

DAY 02
LAHU - WATERFALL - LISU
Simple breakfast preapred by our guide. Upon leaving the village of our previous night we set off on a full day trek about 3 hours through the verdant and rugged scenery of undulating terrains and rolling hill. On the way we stop for a picnic lunch at small waterfall. Afternoon, we takes another 3 hours trekking to Lisu hilltribe village.

DAY 03
LISU VILLAGE - EPEHANT RIDE - KAREN VILLAGE
After breakfast, prepare for our hard walking today will be 4 or 5 hours walk to elephant jungle camp. We start by walk up the hills for 2 hours and another 3 hours down of the the hill. It will be a memorable trek under the shade of the green trees, and through beautiful wild orchids, flora and herbs. Picnic lunch ont the way, and cotinue to the elephant camp. Late afternoon, the trek continue by riding on the elephant's back for 1 1/2 hours through the jungle to Karen hilltribe village. Dinner and enjoy talking, exchanging ideas, games, stories, music or question with the guide before your sleep.

DAY 04
KAREN VILLAGE - BAMBOO RAFTING - SHAN VILLAGE - CHIANG MAI
Late afternoon after breakfast we get on local bamboo raft. Enjoy rafting along Mae Taeng river for 2 hours, along the way, get an experience of peaceful tranquility of the river, broken only by the sound of birds and trekkers singing!!. We arrive at Lahu village before noon time. At this village re-check your raft to make sure that will be tight enought for the next 2 hours raafting length passing rocks and rapids. We arrive at Shan village afternoon time, lunch and relaxing until time to return to Chiang Mai by our pick up truck. Arrived Chiang Mai escort you to the hotel.
