ITINERARY
DAY 01
ARRIVAL CHIANG MAI - DOI SUTHEP TEMPLE - SANKAM PAENG
Arrival at Chiang mai airport or trainstation, meet your local guide for transfer to hotel. After check in at the hotel, short drive up to Doi suthep Mountain. We embark on a walk to the famous Doi Suthep Mountain, leading us to the magnificent temple of Wat Prathat near the summit. At an elevation of over 1,000m, the temple ground affords a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside. We follow this with a visit to the old and new parts of the town featuring the great diversity. The “Rose of the North”, Chiang Mai has been always noted for exquisite handicrafts whose the combination with the traditional wares of the hill tribe people offers fantastic shopping opportunities. * Heading out of town we drive to the neighboring villages of Sankampaeng and Borsarng to see the various cottages industries including silk weaving, wood carving, silver ware and umbrellas making.

0800hr, pick up from your hotel, tour to visit the Jungle Raft Elephant Camp in Mae Taeng to see the elephant shows. After the shows you will be an exciting ride on the elephants crossing the river and up the hill. Then you will return by oxcart to the camp where buffet lunch will be served. Rafting adventure starts from here and last for 45 minutes along the river. On wards to the Orchid Farm, here there are many beautiful of 500 species of orchids. In the evening walk by yourself to the night market for shopping local products around the night bazaar.

DAY 03
CHIANG MAI - THA TON - LONG NECKED - GOLDEN TRIANGLE - CHIANG RAI
We drive along winding road to a sleeping town of Tha Ton, however the breathtaking mountain scenery make for an interesting day. We arrive at Thaton on the banks of Mae Kok River. Visit to Tha ton temple, located on the hill, fromn here you can see the view of the town. Lunch at local restaurant, in the afternoon continue to Golden Triangle on the way stop to visit hill tribe villages of Akha and Padong long necked. Then, continue to Golden Triangle visit one of a famous point where the borders of Thailand-Laos and myanmar meet. We continue to Chiang Rai for overnight.

DAY 04
CHIANG RAI - DOI TUNG - DEPARTURE
Morning, we drive to visit Royal Palace and Botanic Garden at Doi Tung, Doi Tung is the site of a major environmental and socio-economic development project initiated by Her Royal Highness Srinakarindra the Princess Mother; mother of His Majesty the King of Thailand. Return to Chiang rai and continue to the airport for your flight to Bangkok or, return to Chiang mai with your guise is available, and arrival Chiang mai in the evening time.
