Wat Luang Ta Bua, well known as Tiger Temple is located about 40 km from Kanchanaburi. The temple is a rescue center for animals especially wild animals and a home of wild tigers, deers, wild pigs, apes etc..
The tiger are taken out from cage during 1530hrs. - 1700hrs. that you can see them closely and able to touch the tigers !!
Wat Pa Luangta Bua Yannasampanno Forest Monastery was established by the Abbot-Phra Acharn Phusit (Chan) Kanthitharo in 1994.
Since its opening Wat Pa Luangta Bua gained a reputation as a wildlife sanctuary. It started with an injured wild fowl given to the monk by the villagers, then peacocks came attracted by the calls of by then rather large colony of wild fowl. An injured wild boar stumbled in to the monastery and the monks cared for him until he could be released back into the forest. The next day he came back followed by his family group of about 10 animals. By now a countless number of boar find shelter in the monastery. Villagers also started to bring in unwanted pets: four species of deer moved in, followed by buffalo, cow, horses, wild goat and gibbons. All these animals are roaming the grounds of the monastery freely.
ITINERARY
DAY 01
ARRIVAL BANGKOK
Arrived at Bangkok airport, you're met and transferred to hotel. The glorious history of Thai Capital, Bangkok is much interwoven with the Chakri dynasty which still reigns but no longer rules Thailand. In the midst of dynamic modern growth, this bustling metropolis still preserves plenty of cultural heritages making it the national treasure house.

DAY 02
DAY TOUR TO BRIDGE OVER THE RIVER KWAI - TIGER TEMPLE
After breakfast, an early morning we depature to southwest of Bangkok visit to the world's famous Bridge Over The River Kwai, built during World War II by the prisoners of war. You will visit the well-kept cemetery, which contain the graves of an estimated 9,000 allied soldiers who lost their lives while building the bridge and constructing the notorious "Death Railway" which the Japanese had hoped to stretch all the way to the Burmese border. Then we ride on the train along Death Railway to Station before continue to visit Tiger Temple, the home of wild tigers, and where the tiger you can see close and touchable.

BANGKOK - DEPARTURE DAY
After breakfast, today you will be free on your own to explore the city or shopping until the time transfer to the airport for your flight onwards. (Check out time at noon)
